Cannot tell you how great this place was. We had a group of girls on a trip and this place was amazing. So many modern amenities, but still felt remote. You could tell they spent extra time making sure guests had what they needed. There were snacks, the s'mores station, little touches all over the place that made it so great. The owners were proactive on communications. They even messaged us to let us know there was an accident near the place and provided alternate routes for us. I cannot recommend this home enough. I would have loved to stay longer and everyone in our party felt the same.

With over 20 years of experience in owning and managing both long and short-term rentals, as well as fostering connections with local business owners, she boasts extensive knowledge of the charming Ellijay & Blue Ridge areas as well as North Florida and its surrounding areas.

Our pricing tiers are designed to be crystal-clear and as easy to navigate as a well-marked hiking trail. No hidden fees here - we believe in transparency

Consulting & Co-Hosting

A fee of $299 is due as soon as the listing goes live. Co-Hosting is at a rate of 12% of your gross monthly payout (minus your housekeeping fee & incidentals such as firewood or other a– la carte items).

Consult Only

The fee is $499 for 8 hours of telephone consult and Zoom time at your pace, plus email & text support for 2 months after going live.

In the Know

Weather & Current Events

All cabin renters in Fannin County are required to complete and notarize the Lodging Provider Registration form, along with submitting a $100 administrative fee (unless in possession of a Lodging Certificate). If an owner has multiple cabins, only one form needs completion, and only one administrative fee is necessary. The deadline for these forms is the end of August each year. Any inquiries about the form or fee can be directed to Debbie Jackson at the Fannin County Board of Commissioners at 706-258-5171

As a Georgia cabin rental owner, you must report personal property assets such as furniture, appliances, bedding, outdoor furniture, etc. Regardless of value, all cabin rental owners in Gilmer County are required to report their assets. Assets should be reported at their original cost new or replacement cost new. Reporting is due by April 1 each year for assets owned as of January 1. First-time rental property owners will receive a Business Personal Property Return (PT-50P) and an audit notification for asset verification. Expect the return in the mail in early January. All returns must be submitted by April 1 to be considered on time. Email or fax submissions are not accepted, and the return must be postmarked by April 1. Metered mail is not valid proof of on-time filing. A 10% penalty will be imposed on all taxable assets unreported or reported after April 1.
